We are seeking data savvy, talent sourcing specialists to help the company develop talent pipelines, build talent maps and keep abreast of talent trends in the market. As a Sr. Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will be the sourcing specialist for the Americas (Canada, Mexico, and South America), tasked with setting strategy to identify professionals with critical skills, specialized one-of-a-kind niche leadership abilities, and find robust diverse talent across these regions. This role requires a hands-on player who will use sound project management skills to complete tasks and assess progress to goal as one of the primary sourcing points of contact to the Talent Acquisition team and selected hiring leaders.


Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Strategy Development. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and business needs.

  • Use data insights to create sourcing strategies for niche skills, diversity, and critical leadership abilities, collaborating with the entire Talent Acquisition team and corresponding hiring managers.

  • Candidate Research and mapping. Conduct market research and talent mapping to create targeted talent research lists, building and maintaining a database of potential candidates for future opportunities.

  • Engage with candidates to understand interest, assess their qualifications, and build strong relationships for future opportunities.

  • Partner with and actively build collaborative relationships with recruiters, TA leaders, HR partners, and sourcing teammates.

  • Reporting on metrics of sourcing activities for the assigned skillset area, including KPIs and ROI analysis throughout the search.

  • Influence and educate the business leaders and HR leaders through data, acting as Talent Acquisition's trusted coach and guide.

  • Actively research and build diverse skills and qualified pipelines to fill openings and proactively map the leadership market on the required functions and roles.

  • Create outstanding experiences for candidates and internal partners by personalizing interactions and maintaining integrity and timely responses.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, talent movements, and competitive landscape to anticipate talent needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of specific talent sourcing experience as an individual contributor

  • Sound knowledge of roles and responsibilities across different functions, from mid to senior level functions

  • Experience with relevant sourcing tools and related TA platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Insights, Beamery, Seekout, Talent Neuron, HireRight, and Glassdoor)

  • Expertise in finding candidates with no digital presence, digging deep into conferences, published work, boards, networks, and alternative sourcing methods

  • Expertise in leveraging raw data and build data stories that influence through data visualization and narrative story telling

  • Experience using a CRM

  • Ability to establish strong relationships quickly and build networks to accomplish goals

  • Project management proficiencies, including time management, delegation, building progress reports in Excel, PowerBI, or other tools

  • High attention to detail and sense of urgency

  • Understanding of applicable employment law as required

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple searches simultaneously

  • Undergraduate degree, preferred
