The intern will spearhead a project aimed at identifying and recommending enhancements to PAS's training and quality initiatives. Collaborating closely with PAS Management and cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and IT, they will proactively pinpoint opportunities for collaboration to optimize services and operations within PAS.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in college

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills

  • Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, execute, and follow up.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions

  • Ability to manage project in fast-paced, deadline driven, entrepreneurial environment

  • Perform baseline assessment of current training program satisfaction.

  • Identify and recommend improvements in training and quality within PAS.

  • Share best practices across PAS teams.

  • Identify trends in successful areas and pinpoint where teams need support.

  • Identify improvement opportunities in the Level AI QA platform.

  • Partner with PAS management, Marketing, Sales, and IT to learn business.

  • Participate in PAS trainings, management meetings and team meetings.

  • Draft and present the final report on project outcomes.

  • Develop a plan for post-enhancement assessment of training program satisfaction.
