Our Graduate Program

Our two-year graduate programme offers a unique opportunity to build real-world experience across two critical areas of Operations: Operational Excellence and Business Process Excellence. You’ll rotate across both teams, spending one year in each, gaining hands-on experience, working with cross-functional teams, and contributing to meaningful improvement and transformation initiatives. This structured rotation is designed to accelerate your development, giving you the skills, exposure, and confidence to make a real impact early in your career.

Operational Excellence (OE) Rotation – Responsibilities

During your Operational Excellence rotation, you’ll get hands-on experience in improving how the organisation operates day to day, while building capability in core OE tools and methodologies. You’ll work with teams across manufacturing, supply chain, EHS, and Technical Operations to understand performance, analyse data, and identify opportunities to make processes safer, faster, and more effective. You’ll support team meetings and visual management systems, help track improvement actions, and apply structured problem-solving approaches such as root cause analysis and continuous improvement techniques. You’ll also take part in workshops and improvement initiatives, gaining practical experience in delivering measurable impact in a live operational environment.

Business Process Excellence (BPE) Rotation – Responsibilities
During your Business Process Excellence rotation, you’ll focus on how work is designed and standardised across the organisation. You’ll help map and document processes, working with subject matter experts to understand how things operate and where improvements can be made. You’ll support projects that aim to simplify, standardise, and digitally enable processes, gaining exposure to tools and methodologies used in global organisations. You’ll also contribute to governance and process improvement activities, helping ensure processes are clear, consistent, and aligned to business goals while building strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.
