Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver project activities under the guidance of an Engagement Manager, ensuring high-quality outputs, on-time delivery, and proactive issue resolution (including troubleshooting, conflict management, and stakeholder coordination).
• Contribute to shaping the digital transformation journey in line with Allianz Group strategic priorities, with exposure to Finance, Data, and AI-driven initiatives.
• Support the management of technology-focused projects, coordinating internal and external teams across design, implementation, and rollout phases.
• Own small to mid-sized workstreams, supporting management consultants in preparing and presenting results to clients.
• Actively contribute to business development, including the preparation of project proposals and pitches.
• Contribute to the deployment of technology-, finance-, and data-related solutions across teams and geographies, ensuring efficient end-to-end delivery.
• Design, organize, and facilitate workshops and client meetings to understand business processes, data flows, system interactions, and key performance metrics.
• Support clients in adopting agile methodologies and innovative approaches for strategic IT, data, and AI related implementations.
• Conduct client-specific analyses, interpret findings, and translate them into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Discuss with the Engagement Manager potential future client needs—particularly in Finance, AI, and Data—that could translate into new consulting opportunities.
Key Requirements / Skills / Experience:
• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science/Engineering, or related fields.
• Knowledge of one or more domains such as Insurance/Claims, Finance, Procurement, IT Management, or Data Management.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to apply technology, AI, and data-driven solutions to business and financial problems.
• Solid critical-thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex datasets, derive insights, and articulate recommendations concisely.
• For Consultant roles: 3–5 years of experience in consulting firms or insurance companies (local or multinational).
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially advanced Excel (data analysis, modeling) and PowerPoint (structured presentation building).
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have:
• Experience in major consulting firms.
• Experience in the insurance sector, with an understanding of performance steering in Finance or technical functions.
• Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner).
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Experience in international or multicultural environments, ideally within management consulting.
• International academic or professional experience
• Familiarity with concepts such as AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, cloud computing, data transformation, and RPA.
