Join a dynamic and collaborative HR team at the heart of a highly international environment! You will work closely with a Senior HR Business Partner and an HR Officer managing four diverse lines of business, supporting a population of approximately 400 employees across 25 countries. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to both strategic and operational HR topics in a fast-paced, global setting.
Your Role & Responsibilities
As a key support to the Global HR Business Partner, you will be involved in a wide range of HR activities combining operations, coordination, and transversal projects:
HR Operations & Back Office
- Provide HR back-office support for the 4 business lines
- Manage administrative tasks (SuccessFactors, staff requests, job postings, etc.)
- Contribute to HR reporting and data tracking (dashboards, follow-up of key HR metrics)
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data and processes
HR Coordination (Local & International)
- Coordinate with local HR teams on daily HR topics
- Support recruitment coordination in collaboration with local HR teams
- Liaise with regional HR teams to support employees based internationally
HR Communication & Projects
- Support transversal HR projects (e.g. Employee satisfaction survey)
- Develop and deliver HR communications:
- Internal newsletters
- Communications to managers and employees
- Prepare high-quality presentations and slides for top management
Talent & Development Support
- Contribute to the preparation of talent discussions (data consolidation, materials, follow-up)
- Support the coordination of key HR development topics (training follow-up, identification of needs, interaction with stakeholders)
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
