What you do :
- Processing assigned receivables, payments, money transfers, and other daily transactions.
- Daily communication with debtors, collection of receivables, and account reconciliation.
- Managing business relationships with existing clients under factoring agreements.
- Evaluating and analyzing supplier-debtor relationships.
- Communicating with international partners and insurers.
- Preparing reports and information on factoring transactions for clients and external counterparties.
- Collecting, administering, and monitoring documentation related to factoring transactions.
What you bring :
- Higher education in economics, accounting, or business administration.
- Professional experience in factoring or financial services.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
- Ability to use AI technologies such as ChatGPT, Copilot etc.
