What you do :

  • Processing assigned receivables, payments, money transfers, and other daily transactions.
  • Daily communication with debtors, collection of receivables, and account reconciliation.
  • Managing business relationships with existing clients under factoring agreements.
  • Evaluating and analyzing supplier-debtor relationships.
  • Communicating with international partners and insurers.
  • Preparing reports and information on factoring transactions for clients and external counterparties.
  • Collecting, administering, and monitoring documentation related to factoring transactions.

What you bring :

  • Higher education in economics, accounting, or business administration.
  • Professional experience in factoring or financial services.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to use AI technologies such as ChatGPT, Copilot etc.
