Revenue Operations Manager (Global RevOps Team)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and structured Revenue Operations Manager to join our Global Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will drive operational excellence across the go-to-market organization by ensuring business visibility, optimizing systems and processes, and supporting strategic planning and execution.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to maintain alignment, streamline workflows, and enable data-driven decision-making at scale.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Performance, Forecasting, and Planning

  • Maintain a consistent and accurate view of business performance across key revenue metrics.

  • Support company planning cycles by ensuring go-to-market inputs are structured, validated, and aligned with business objectives.

  • Define, implement, and monitor KPIs across the go-to-market organization to ensure alignment with company targets.
  • Design and manage compensation plans structures to support the business growth

  • Track performance throughout the year, proactively identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities. Working with the regions on tracking pipeline health, forecast accuracy, timely submissions

  • Partner with go-to-market leadership to recommend and support initiatives that drive performance and help the company achieve its growth objectives.

2. Systems and Tools Operations

  • Own and continuously improve go-to-market systems considering AI-driven opportunities to ensure high data quality, efficient workflows, and reliable reporting.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance system integrations and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.


3. Go-To-Market Programs and Strategic Projects

  • Support the design, execution, and evaluation of go-to-market programs, processes and strategic initiatives.

  • Analyze program performance, including effectiveness, efficiency, and overall business impact.

  • Ensure alignment across teams on program goals, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.

Requirements

  • Experience in revenue operations, business operations, program management, or a similar cross-functional role.

  • Strong understanding of go-to-market motions, including sales, customer success, marketing, and the customer lifecycle.

  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

  • Comfortable working in systems-heavy environments with the ability to quickly learn and master new tools.
