Position Overview:
As a Product Growth Analyst, you'll be instrumental in productizing our lead qualification processes and driving data-driven growth strategies for our Visual AI Platform as a Service (PaaS). This role sits at the intersection of product development, growth marketing, and data analytics, focusing on optimizing our product-qualified lead (PQL) framework and accelerating our path to growth.
Key Responsibilities:
PQL Framework Development & Optimization
- Develop predictive models based on user signals to identify high-value prospects
- Design and implement scalable PQL identification and scoring systems.
- Create automated HubSpot workflows for seamless PQL handoffs between product, marketing, and sales teams
Data Analytics & Growth Intelligence
- Analyze customers behavior across our platform as a service, identify opportunities to reduce friction and optimize the user journey, aiming for user conversion optimization
- Create executive-level dashboards tracking key growth metrics across the lead nurturing funnel up until a sales opportunity.
Market Intelligence & Revenue Operations
- Analyze market trends in visual generative AI adoption across marketing agencies, creative SaaS companies, and enterprise retail segments
- Collaborate with our newly expanded GTM leadership team to align product insights with sales strategies
Requirements:
Experience & Background
- 3-5 years of experience in product analytics, growth analytics, or revenue operations, preferably in B2B SaaS or developer-focused platforms
- Previous experience with product-led growth strategies and PQL framework implementation
Technical Skills
- Analytics Proficiency: A data lover, experienced in extracting insights from raw data and leading data driven decision making processes .
- HubSpot Expertise: Advanced proficiency in HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub with experience building complex automation workflows, and dashboards.
- Growth Analytics: Experience with product analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.) and familiarity with API usage tracking and developer funnel analysis
- Over 3 year experience with data querying languages (e.g. SQL)
