We are seeking a dynamic, high-performing, and well-organized individual who thrives on the challenge of working in a fast-moving environment to lead the HR & Operations. You will be responsible for different processes and procedures that cross functional departments. You will be a part of the senior management team and collaborate with all functions. The work mode is hybrid (2 days from the office). The position is a maternity leave replacement for 6 months. Join us and enrich your knowledge and grow.

What You Will be Doing

  • Lead and scale HR strategy across the employee lifecycle, onboarding, performance management, and retention
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring to support rapid startup growth
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, alignment, and scalability in a startup environment
  • Develop and implement HR policies, compensation, benefits, and compliance with labor laws
  • Partner with leadership on organizational design, culture, and workforce planning
  • Manage operational processes, vendors, budgets, and internal infrastructure
  • Support company growth through process optimization and cross-functional collaboration
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR & Operations issues, responding timeously, accurately, and professionally to all correspondence and queries.
  • Provide advice and guidance regarding policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Manage the welfare budget and activities, and take care of all well-being aspects of employees
  • Partner closely with the CISO on security, IT, and compliance audits, including preparation, execution, and follow-up
  • Lead and support the implementation and rollout of organizational systems and tools across teams
  • Own the mapping and ongoing management of all organizational systems, tools, and user access
  • Serve as system administrator for multiple internal platforms, ensuring availability, access control, and operational continuity

What You Need for the Role

  • Relevant experience, preferably in a startup company (project management experience is an advantage)
  • BA or MA degree from a leading institution in relevant fields: organizational consultancy, industrial engineering, organizational psychology, labor studies, etc.
  • Experience and/or strong functional understanding of the HR & Operations domain
  • Professional and committed to delivering in challenging environments
  • Professional presentation and communication skills in English (both written & oral)
  • Professional ability in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Ambitious, driven, self-motivated, flexible, and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to cope with multitasking and working independently
  • Willing to work intense and non-regular hours (full-time position and overtime)
