We are looking for a driven, proactive enterprise sales executive to lead consultative sales of complex software solutions, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. The ideal candidate is a “hunter” who can build a pipeline from scratch, engage enterprise customers, and drive new business growth in a fast-paced startup environment.
What You Will be Doing
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new enterprise deals
- Proactively identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities
- Lead consultative sales processes involving complex software solutions, services, and configurations
- Understand customer product development and security processes to tailor solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across target accounts
- Collaborate closely with product and delivery teams to craft tailored solutions
- Consistently follow up, drive momentum, and manage multiple long sales cycles effectively
- Maintain strong sales discipline: consistent follow-ups, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Accurately forecast pipeline and report on sales activities
What You Need for the Role
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in enterprise sales of complex software solutions (consultative sales approach)
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments
- Demonstrated ability to prospect and generate new pipeline independently
- High level of drive, urgency, and ownership (“hunter” mindset)
- Technical background – ability to understand technical concepts and customer workflows (engineering/product environments)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Areas where we are looking for strength:

- Experience in PLM (e.g., Siemens, PTC), ERP (e.g., SAP), or similar complex domains
- Cyber or regulated industries
- Sales process and campaign execution discipline
