The Role
As a Supplier Relationship Manager (SRM), you will drive the growth of our early-pay marketplace by acquiring new participants and fostering long-term platform utilization. You will manage a dedicated book of business, acting as a consultative partner to help suppliers optimize their working capital.
While you are supported by warm leads, we are looking for a "Hunter" mindset—someone who can effectively convert provided accounts while proactively prospecting to identify and influence key financial decision-makers (CFOs, Treasurers, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
- Acquisition & Retention: Convert warm leads into active marketplace users and ensure consistent, long-term participation.
- Strategic Prospecting: Identify and engage high-level financial stakeholders within assigned accounts to drive platform adoption.
- Consultative Sales: Use multi-media channels (Calls, Email, WhatsApp, Digital Demos) to provide tailored working capital solutions.
- Portfolio Growth: Manage and scale a book of business aligned with buyer objectives and market quality standards.
Requirements
- Experience: 3–4 years in B2B sales (financial products preferred).
- Language: Native-level fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and analytical skills with a "high-performance" work ethic.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree; Post-Graduation in Finance or Marketing is preferred.
