- Deliver onboarding, training, and system documentation to support user adoption and ensure operational consistency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and lab automation through thoughtful application of LIMS functionality and data architecture.
- Support the development and integration of data structures, including work with structured data formats such as JSON and tools like GraphDB.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and data integrity standards across LIMS workflows and associated systems.
- Provide senior-level technical guidance, troubleshooting, and long-term planning for LIMS enhancements, system scalability, and vendor roadmaps.
Who You Are:
- 7+ years of experience in LIMS administration or laboratory informatics, with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- In-depth understanding of laboratory science workflows, particularly in genomics, molecular biology, or clinical research environments.
- Proven experience translating laboratory requirements into digital workflows within a LIMS platform.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional discussions and deliver training to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with LIMS configuration, user roles, validation documentation, and workflow optimization.
- Familiarity with structured data formats (e.g., JSON) and experience with semantic or graph-based databases (e.g., GraphDB).
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, with clear timelines and outcomes.
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements, including GxP, GLP, and data integrity frameworks.
Preferred:
