Who we are
C8 Health is a platform for the implementation of best practices in healthcare organizations. We harness the power of AI to make best practices available to every provider, anywhere and any time — driving care consistency, better patient outcomes, and lower cost of care.
C8 Health was founded in 2022, and has partnered with leading hospital systems and providers such as Mount Sinai, Brigham & Women's Hospital, Metro Health, UTMB and Dartmouth Health. Join us on our mission to bring better care, for less.
Our Culture: Agile, Collaborative, Pioneering
We are a fast growing, venture backed early-stage startup. Each day at C8 Health is dynamic and full of possibilities. Our culture thrives on agility, collaboration, and frequent iteration.
Implementation
Implementation Specialists at C8 Health own the end-to-end technical and operational delivery of customer onboarding. This is an execution role, not a coordination role: you carry a portfolio of active implementations, drive them to go-live on schedule, set up technical integrations and build the infrastructure that makes our onboarding function scale.
The Implementation team at C8 Health
You will be joining a growing Implementation team and report directly to the VP of Customer Success. In this role, you will take ownership of a portfolio of onboarding clients, working closely with a dedicated Customer Success Manager on each account. You own the build — platform configuration, technical integrations, timeline management, and stakeholder coordination to keep each phase moving forward.
What you’ll do
- Manage platform configuration for each client, on schedule and with a high-quality customer experience.
- Own technical coordination for SSO, SFTP, and other integration workflows — understand requirements, communicate clearly with hospital IT teams, and serve as the escalation point for configuration-specific challenges.
- Drive stakeholder accountability across clients and internal teams, proactively securing the deliverables needed to advance each phase and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships through open communication and effective handoffs.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager on each account to ensure client expectations are properly scoped, customizations are planned, and any risks are surfaced early.
- Build and continuously improve the implementation process — establishing phase-gate structure with clear milestones, dependencies, and go/no-go criteria, while documenting repeatable steps and identifying automation opportunities that shape our product roadmap and implementation scalability.
Who you are
- 2+ years in implementation or technical onboarding.
- 2+ years working with clinicians or administrators in hospital-based healthcare; you understand how health systems operate and how to navigate their IT and clinical stakeholder environments.
- Thorough understanding of SSO/SAML configuration, SFTP-based data workflows, and API integration concepts — not as a builder, but as an owner who can read documentation, ask the right questions, and drive resolution.
- Fluent in AI tools and their ability to improve your day-to-day efficiency.
- Strong project management skills with experience using tools such as Jira and Google Workspace.
How you work
- Structured and self-directed. You run customer-facing projects where you don't control the deliverables, creating accountability without friction, managing multiple concurrent workstreams without dropping details, and escalating the right things at the right time.
- Technically curious. You dig into the details of a platform, read integration specs, and are comfortable being the bridge between a client's IT team and our engineering team.
- Process-oriented. You instinctively document what you do, identify what is repetitive, and ask how it could be automated or standardized.
- Organizationally savvy and a clear communicator. You maneuver comfortably through complex stakeholder environments, anticipate obstacles, and adapt your communication style to clinical stakeholders, IT contacts, and internal teams alike.
- Resilient. You rebound from setbacks, handle ambiguity well, and bring a can-do attitude to difficult situations
Join us at C8 Health, where your work will directly shape how leading health systems adopt best practices — and how we scale the function that makes it happen.
