Job Overview: Management and leadership of the Algae science R&D team.Responsibilities include:Leading research and development projects from the concept stage to commercial production.- Defining the company’s R&D technological roadmap of developing the company’s- Defining the scientific alga development milestones and driving the cross-functional team towards those milestones.- Being in direct contact with customers and suppliers.- Managing the innovation processes, invention disclosure processes, and IP filing processes (in partnership with the CTO).- Together with the CTO, co-lead the R&D research from the concept stage to the commercial product stage.- Manage collaborations with various research institutions in Israel and around the world.- involvement, including communication with senior management.- Editing and writing applications for grants.Requirements:- Experience in registering patents and EU grants.- Full English proficiency.- Background and experience in Biotechnology and / or algae’s biology.- 2-5 years of experience in Algae research.
