Job Overview: Managing Algaeing’s business strategy. Responsibilities include: Analyzing, concluding, developing strategies for Algaeing’s product portfolio for current and new markets; Design and implementation of business strategies in marketing, sales, and revenue growth for long and short term; Development of new markets, customer groups and partners; Market and competitor analysis; Communication with customers and partners; Developing business cases for potential partners; Communication and collaboration with the R&D department, meeting technological and strategic development goals; Participation in trade fairs and conferences; Development and implementation of a work plan; meeting goals and deadlines; Management and promotion of cross-organizational projects. Requirements: Proven business growth track record; Ability to lead meetings, manage a team, and deliver presentations; Ability to conduct academic research and market research; Ability to simultaneously work at high intensity on many tasks in different fields; Strong alignment with Algaeing’s values and long-term commitment; 1-3 years of experience in business development & customer relationships; Excellent interpersonal skills; Strong alignment with Algaeing’s values and long-term commitment; Willingness and motivation to learn; Languages: full proficiency in Hebrew and English.
