Description

Coralogix is a modern, full-stack observability platform transforming how businesses process and understand their data. Our unique architecture powers in-stream analytics without reliance on expensive indexing or hot storage. We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, trace and security events with features such as APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring and more, all enhancing operational efficiency and reducing observability spend by up to 70%.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Post Sales Analyst to support and scale our post-sales organization through rigorous financial planning, modelling, and data-driven insights. This role is designed for a hands-on finance professional with deep FP&A expertise, a strong command of written English, and the ability to build complex financial models from the ground up.

The role partners closely with the Vice President of Post Sales and plays a critical role in shaping strategy, forecasting outcomes, and improving systems and processes across post-sales operations. This is not a people-management role; success is driven by analytical depth, clarity of communication, and influence through data.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis:

  • Own FP&A activities for the post-sales organization, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and variance analysis
  • Build and maintain sophisticated financial models from scratch, including:

Cost and models

Capacity and productivity models

Waterfall models to project financial outcomes over time

  • Translate operational drivers into financial impact with clear assumptions and logic

Modeling & Forecasting:

  • Design scalable financial models that can be projected over multiple periods and scenarios
  • Perform sensitivity and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions
  • Ensure models are auditable, well-structured, and clearly documented

Business Partnership & Executive Support

  • Work hand-in-hand with the Vice President of Post Sales on strategic and operational initiatives
  • Prepare and present financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Act as a trusted thought partner, challenging assumptions and driving fact-based decisions

Data, Systems & Process Improvement

  • Take a “data-first” approach to identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Recommend system, tooling, and process improvements based on analytical findings
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, RevOps, Finance Systems) to improve data quality and reporting efficiency

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably in a SaaS or cloud-based software environment
  • Proven experience supporting post-sales, services, support, or customer success organizations
  • Advanced financial modelling skills, including building models from the ground up and extending them through multi-period waterfall projections
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure economics, cost drivers, and margin dynamics
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills; a demonstrated ability to clearly explain complex financial concepts
  • High proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with FP&A tools and BI platforms is a strong advantage
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and intellectual curiosity

Personal Attributes

  • Highly autonomous, self-directed individual contributor
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and highly detailed levels
  • Strong presenter who can influence through data and logic
  • Pragmatic and solutions-oriented, with a willingness to recommend and drive system and process changes
  • Collaborative partner who thrives in close alignment with senior leadership
