Coralogix is seeking a System Administrator, Revenue Operations to join our Sales Operations team. This role focuses on supporting GTM execution through analytics, systems support, and operational workflows. The ideal candidate is experienced in sales operations, Salesforce, and integrated GTM tools, and thrives in a fast-paced, interrupt-driven environment.

This is an execution-focused role that partners closely with Sales, Finance, RevOps, and Systems teams. It is not a GTM strategy or policy-setting role.

Data Integrity & Salesforce Optimization

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across Salesforce and related platforms
  • Conduct data audits, troubleshoot discrepancies, and enforce reporting best practices
  • Leverage Salesforce and third-party tools to improve GTM workflows
  • Collaborate on integrations and process automation initiatives

Requirements

Focus: Administration and stability of the GTM tech stack.

  • Administer and support tools such as Gong, Marketo, CLM/CPQ, and integrations
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data sync and system issues
  • Support Jira and Slack workflow automation and alerts
  • Maintain both tool and operational process documentation
  • Assist with rollout and support of new GTM tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or related roles
  • Ability to prioritize urgent requests and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred

  • Experience with third-party GTM tools (e.g., Gong, Clari, 6sense)
  • Familiarity with data integrations and ETL concepts
