Job Description:

As the NYC Workplace Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our Manhattan office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and creating a productive, welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will work closely with global teams and support local leadership, playing a key role in maintaining our high-performance culture.

Please note this is a hybrid position. Minimum 4 days in office per week(Monday-Thursday).

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, vendor coordination, and office supplies.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, deliveries, and general inquiries.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel logistics for the NY team and visiting executives.
  • Plan employee office events and team building activities.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe office environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Liaise with IT and HR teams to support employee needs and resolve issues.
  • Assist with internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment with global office policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in office/workplace management, administrative support, or operations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom, workday).
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
