We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. The position is responsible for designing and implementing campaigns and growth strategies that drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention enhancing high local relevance. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in marketing analytics, creative optimization, and user segmentation, with a proven ability to cross-collaborate with relevant stakeholder and translate data insights into actionable marketing initiatives that generate measurable business impact.
The role requires a deep understanding of the Mexican market and user with the ability to effectively communicate insights, performance outcomes, and local growth opportunities to international stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities
- User driven In-App Growth Strategy: Design and execute data-driven campaigns in collaboration with Operations team, that increase acquisition, conversion, and retention of users, ensuring comprehensive alignment with business goals and relevant local user insights and needs.
- Promotional Program Development: Propose and design promotional programs and campaign formats, including benefit definition and mechanic design, to optimize acquisition, engagement, and retention performance based on local growth opportunities.
- Campaign Optimization: Periodic in-app adversiting visual ads and copy refinement that ensures enhanced business performance and messages that are locally relevant & coherent.
- A/B testing approach: Develop, implement, and analyze controlled experiments across creatives, messaging, and user journeys based on comprehensive local benchmarking.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct ongoing analysis and reporting on campaign results (CTR, CVR, ACQ, CRR) to identifying optimization opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including creative teams, analytics, and operations to ensure seamless and timely execution.
Role Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least four years of experience in Growth, Performance marketing, or In-App Campaign Management, preferably within the technology or app-based industries.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing in-app campaigns / performance marketing campaigns focused on acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Strong understanding of visual and copy optimization with experience using A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to translate market insights and user data into actionable segmentation, targeting, and promotional strategies.
- Experience designing promotional programs, benefits, and mechanics to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
- Deep understanding of the Mexican market and ability to clearly communicate performance insights and opportunities to international stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Operations and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and measurable business results.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Creative and detail-oriented professional focused on optimization and performance improvement.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management abilities across cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Strong understanding of user behavior, segmentation, and message personalization.
- Proactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement and measurable results.
- English fluency at a professional business level is required.
