Team Overview

We are looking for a Key Account Sr Manager to lead the development and execution of our Food Key Accounts in Colombia, Costa Rica and Perú. This leader will be responsible for the Lead, scale, and transform our business in MAC Markets by driving commercial excellence, strategic growth, and operational efficiency. Deep focus on sales strategy, business performance, and leadership of a high-impact team would be crucial for the role.


The ideal candidate has experience building and scaling ad businesses within marketplaces, super apps, or digital platforms. They will work cross-functionally with different teams, Product, Sales, Engineering, Data, and Finance to create a high-performing ads organization.



Role Responsibilities

1. Strategic & Commercial Leadership



  • Own each market sales and commercial strategy, ensuring local execution that drives market share, profitability, and long-term growth.

  • Identify new acquisition opportunities and partnerships that strengthen our ecosystem and value proposition.

  • Oversee pricing, promotions, and contract negotiations to optimize performance and returns.

  • Responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive sales through R´s in our app.


2. Business Performance & Analytics



  • Monitor marketl results and OKR, diagnose gaps, and remove barriers to accelerate growth and efficiency.

  • Establish a culture of analytical rigor — using insights, forecasting, and KPIs to guide priorities and investment.


3. Leadership & Talent Development



  • Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary KAM´s teams.

  • Develop a strong talent pipeline and performance-driven culture rooted in accountability and results.

  • Foster collaboration across Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to ensure aligned execution of the KA plan.



Role Qualifications


  • 10+ years of leadership experience in commercial, strategy, or general management roles (preferably in tech, FMCG, or multi-city operations).

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing large teams.

  • Strong analytical acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills in both Spanish and English.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, decisive, and adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Track record of scaling organizations during high-growth phases, including recruiting and developing top leadership talent.
