Estamos em busca de profissionais comerciais de alto nível para integrar nossos times de Business Development, Vendas, Planejamento Comercial e Key Account Management! Se você conhece alguém com perfil hunter, farmer, forte habilidade de negociação e paixão por construir parcerias estratégicas, indique agora!

Estamos formando um pipeline para múltiplos níveis, de S2 a S8, então se você conhece alguém com experiência em vendas, desenvolvimento de negócios ou gestão de contas estratégicas, essa é a oportunidade ideal!

Buscamos profissionais comerciais e estratégicos, com grande habilidade para identificar oportunidades de negócios, fechar contratos e construir relacionamentos de longo prazo. As funções estarão focadas em aquisição, retenção e gestão de parceiros, sendo peças-chave para expandir nossa rede e garantir um alto desempenho.

In this role, you'll be...

  • Prospecção de Clientes & Crescimento de Negócios: Identificar e engajar potenciais parceiros, compreendendo suas necessidades e apresentando propostas de valor personalizadas.
  • Negociação & Fechamento de Contratos: Gerenciar negociações, contornar objeções e desenvolver acordos vantajosos para ambas as partes.
  • Gestão Estratégica de Contas: Construir relacionamentos de longo prazo, monitorar métricas de desempenho e fornecer insights para otimização de resultados.
  • Análise de Mercado & Dados: Usar dados para priorizar oportunidades e aumentar a eficiência em estratégias comerciais e de vendas.
  • Colaboração Entre Times: Trabalhar em conjunto com as áreas de marketing, operações e estratégia para impulsionar resultados.

We're eager to be in touch because you have...

  • Experiência em vendas, desenvolvimento de negócios ou gestão de contas estratégicas (3+ anos para níveis intermediários, 6+ anos para níveis seniores).
  • Perfil hunter: Proativo, movido a desafios, competitivo e orientado para resultados.
  • Fortes habilidades de negociação e gestão de relacionamento.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em um ambiente dinâmico e de rápidas mudanças.
  • Experiência com ferramentas de CRM e tomada de decisão baseada em dados.
  • Inglês intermediário ou avançado (para comunicação com stakeholders).
