About the team/role
The primary function of a Commercial Executive is to prospect for new clients through rigorous fieldwork, frequent face-to-face meetings, cold calling, and other methods that promote and generate interest among potential clients.
The Commercial Executive must plan and execute persuasive strategies to successfully onboard the best accounts in the market while working hand-in-hand with mid-to-senior level management. For this reason, we are seeking individuals with extensive market knowledge and excellent sales skills.
In this role, you'll be...
- Prospect for clients by acquiring a deep understanding of their needs to diagnose their requirements and build a value-driven solution for each client.
- Open new markets by identifying and collaborating closely with the decision-makers of our business partners.
- Establish business relationships with partner clients, building and fostering long-term connections with a win-win mindset.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and ensure the accuracy of all data.
- Conduct accurate and personalized follow-ups with each client.
- Meet and exceed the expectations and commitments of our partners by providing excellent service.
- Prioritize opportunities within the assigned territory; develop action plans, ensure their implementation, and achieve the established goals.
- Visit clients to identify their needs and follow up on partnership opportunities to meet performance metrics and sales objectives.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related fields.
- 4+ years of commercial or sales experience.
- Commercial mindset: Organized, proactive, competitive, and autonomous; capable of working with clear deadlines and highly goal-oriented.
- Proven verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade others to accept service concepts or solutions that may differ from their own perspectives.
- Capacity and flexibility to work in a fast-paced startup environment, with challenging goals and strong time-management skills.
- Interpersonal skills: Must have the ability to maintain constructive, assertive, collaborative, and cooperative working relationships with internal and external clients, as well as cross-functional teams.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, along with the persistence to achieve objectives.
- Client prospecting skills, with the ability to acquire a deep understanding of their needs to accurately diagnose their requirements.
- Basic English proficiency.
