Service Governance sits at the intersection of product, policy, incentives, and operations. Our team designs the mechanisms that help ensure a high-quality user experience and long-term marketplace sustainability across Latin America. We use data to identify friction points, understand behavior, and develop scalable solutions that balance growth, experience, and efficiency.
This is an ideal opportunity for a curious, resilient, and analytically strong student who wants to learn how a tech platform makes decisions, influence real business outcomes, and work closely with regional and global stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Role Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of the ride-hailing business, including user behavior, marketplace dynamics, service quality, and policy design.

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and generate actionable insights that improve user experience and business performance.

Support the design of governance policies, product mechanisms, and incentive strategies that drive better long-term outcomes for the platform.

Partner with Product, Operations, Finance, Strategy, and regional teams to translate business problems into structured analyses and scalable solutions.

Monitor key metrics, evaluate initiative performance, and help turn data into recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Prepare clear, compelling presentations and synthesize complex analyses into simple business narratives for cross-functional audiences.

Take ownership of projects from problem definition through execution, with real exposure to business-critical decisions across multiple Latin American markets.
Role Qualifications
-
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and derive insights from data.

Proficiency in SQL and Excel is required; Python is strongly preferred.

Genuine curiosity about how digital platforms work and interest in solving business problems through data, product, and policy.

Resilience and adaptability in fast-changing environments, with the ability to handle complexity and push through challenges.

Strong communication and presentation skills; able to explain analysis clearly and influence stakeholders with logic and structure.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail while moving with speed.

Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
