Central Operations Strategy team is responsible for:

Supporting leadership in defining regional business strategies.

Making data-driven resource allocation decisions to maximize growth and efficiency.

Developing frameworks and communication mechanisms for performance management.
As a Central Ops Strategy Intern, you will support the development of analytical dashboards and the application of scientific methodologies to drive data-driven decision-making. You will play a key role in maintaining the tools and processes that enhance the team’s effectiveness, gaining hands-on experience in how a high-growth tech company operates at scale.
Role Responsibilities

Assisting in data analysis: Support the team in diagnosing key business topics and gathering data to help formulate investment recommendations.

Supporting core operations: Help the team monitor market balance and track resource allocation to ensure efficiency across the region.

Contributing to performance management: Assist in updating business models, tracking weekly results, and preparing data visualizations for reports shared with Senior Leaders.

Collaborating cross-functionally: Work alongside your mentor to interact with areas like Operations, Growth, Marketing, Finance, and Product, learning how different functions integrate.

Optimizing processes: Help identify opportunities to simplify data collection and reporting to make our "Strategy engine" run faster.
Role Qualifications
-
Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Data Science, or a related field (ideally in the final year of study).

Experience: Previous internship experience or involvement in academic research/projects involving data analysis is a plus.

Skills: * Foundational knowledge of Excel and a strong interest in learning/applying SQL.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

An analytical mindset: you enjoy digging into numbers to find the "why" behind them.

Work Style: * A high "learning velocity"—you pick up new tools and concepts quickly.

Extreme attention to detail and a proactive attitude (you don’t just wait for tasks; you look for ways to help).

Ability to organize your time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Languages: Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
