About the team/role

We're looking for someone to boost our Fintech credit card business. As the product manager of DiDi credit card, we hope you have experience in credit card product, and are very familiar with Mexico local Fintech market. Also have good communication and collaboration skills.

You will work closely with the local operation team in Mexico and the headquarters engineer & product team in China. Provide user insights, deliver new features, improve product experience, aiming to make didi card to the first place in the market.

In this role, you'll be...

-Deeply understand industry, regulatory policy​ and users. Conduct research on market, competitor trends and user behaviors to gain deep user insights.

-Take charge of Mexico based project, like wallet payment. Define product strategy and roadmap, complete PRD and follow up on projects, deliver product features, and enhance product experience.

-As a hub between local operation team and Chinese Product & Tech team. helping operation team improve retention rate and activity rate.

-More than 5 years’ experience

-Bachelor or above degree

-Soft Skills:1) Good at communication. 2) User perspective thinking. 3) Goal-oriented 4) Data-driven

-Hard Skills:1) Good at product design software. 2) Good at ABtest & data analysis 3) Good at project management

-Preferred Industries Experience: Fintech credit card

-Fluent in English and Spanish
