Role Responsibilities

  • Data Analytics & Performance: Own the end-to-end data lifecycle. You will build scalable dashboards and translate complex KPIs (sales, conversion, delivery efficiency) into compelling narratives that highlight trends and unlock business opportunities.

  • Operational Optimization: Lead problem-solving from root-cause diagnosis through to solution implementation. Your data-driven insights will guide the continuous optimization of our performance and offerings, ensuring a measurable impact.

  • Strategy & Experimentation: Shape the business direction by designing A/B tests, pilot programs, and market analyses. You will transform complex research into actionable, strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the trusted analytical partner for the Commercial, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams. You will bridge the gap between data and strategy, presenting high-impact insights to executive forums.

  • Continuous Improvement & Excellence: Champion team efficiency by ensuring the integrity of internal databases and operational playbooks. You will proactively identify process gaps and architect scalable solutions to elevate our analytical standards.

Role Qualifications

  • Experience & Education: 3+ years in strategy, operations, BI, or consulting (experience in tech or e-commerce is a strong plus). You are backed by a degree in a quantitative or business field (Engineering, Economics, Data Science, etc.).

  • Technical Powerhouse: Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets. You are highly capable of independently extracting, modeling, and analyzing large-scale datasets. Business-level English (B2+) is required.

  • Strategic Problem-Solver: You thrive in ambiguity and excel at designing experiments (A/B testing). You know how to synthesize massive amounts of data into clear, actionable, and executive-ready recommendations.

  • Exceptional Communicator: You seamlessly bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences. You are a natural at influencing cross-functional teams and confidently presenting to senior leadership.

  • Proactive Ownership: Intellectually curious and highly organized, you have a strong bias for action. You take the initiative to drive end-to-end analytical workstreams forward without needing close supervision.
