- Track tasks, deliverables, and dependencies across Sales, Creative, Factory, and Post-Production teams.
- Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks to maintain delivery velocity.
Coordinate Cross-Team Execution
- Facilitate clear handoffs across production stages: pre-production planning, shoot scheduling, post-production, and final delivery.
- Maintain real-time visibility into progress using project tracking tools.
- Serve as the central communication point across Client Success, Factory, Creative, and Integration stakeholders.
Own Process & Operational Performance
- Monitor and refine workflows to reduce lead-to-live turnaround times.
- Standardize pipeline visibility and quality control at each stage.
- Ensure projects align with brand, creative direction, and platform specifications.
Drive Client-Facing Delivery
- Partner with Client Success to manage feedback cycles, change requests, and gallery launch targets.
- Guarantee that all final content meets quality expectations and performs as intended on client platforms.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- 6+ years of experience in project management or creative operations, ideally within post and content production, e-commerce, advertising, or marketing.
- Proven track record managing complex, end-to-end project lifecycles across multiple teams.
- Highly tech-savvy and confident with new tools, platforms, and asset management systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled at resource planning and managing bandwidth across concurrent workflows.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, collaborative mindset, and solutions-driven approach
- Willingness and ability to travel to the Capture Factory as needed to support onsite production or key client launches.
Nice to Have:
- Experience managing high-volume creative or content pipelines.
- Familiarity with post-production workflows, CMS platforms, or digital gallery systems.
- Confidence in maintaining project visibility across multiple stakeholders and functions.
