Travel: This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Position Overview:
Responsible for maintaining and implementing the technology strategic solutions related to end to end application and system development, delivery, testing, and support within assigned client group, business unit or corporate department and utilizing various customer technology platforms.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Drive enterprise-wide solution architecture strategy across complex, multi-system ecosystems, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and modernization goals.
Influence senior executive stakeholders and cross-functional leaders to adopt scalable, future-ready technology solutions.
Translate strategic architecture vision into pragmatic, executable roadmaps that accelerate delivery and mitigate risk.
Lead the design and adoption of modern architectures, including cloud-native, API-first, event-driven, and data-centric platforms.
Champion AI, automation, and platform engineering initiatives to enable innovation, operational efficiency, and competitive differentiation.
Establish strong governance practices, ensuring compliance, risk management, and adherence to enterprise architecture standards.
Provide hands-on architectural guidance where needed, while empowering teams to execute with autonomy and accountability.
Foster a culture of engineering excellence, architectural discipline, and continuous innovation across the organization.
Required Qualifications:
Requires a BA/BS in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field of study and a minimum of 5 years of experience leading project teams, application software development, maintenance or implementation and support, including a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience operating as an enterprise solution architect or architecture leader across large-scale, multi-system environments.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and business stakeholders without direct authority to drive strategic outcomes.
Strong track record of balancing long-term architectural vision with pragmatic, delivery-focused execution.
Deep expertise in modern architectural paradigms, including cloud-native, API-first, event-driven, and data platform architectures.
Experience leading AI, automation, and platform engineering initiatives at enterprise scale.
Solid understanding of governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance within complex or highly regulated domains.
Familiarity with enterprise transformation programs (e.g., legacy modernization, platform consolidation, digital transformation).
Hands-on experience with integration patterns, distributed systems, and emerging technologies (e.g., streaming, AI/ML, platform ecosystems).
