This role at Enphase requires working onsite 3 days a week, with plans to transition back to a full 5 day in office schedule over time.
About the role
The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing operational metrics & product performance in the fleet. Provides support for the reporting, insights and data management activities of the Customer Service organization. Independently collaborate with CS Operations team, Engineering and Information Technology to complete deliverables.
What you will be doing
    • Design and maintain KPI dashboards using Incorta/ Tableau, or Power BI to support monitoring and leadership visibility & perform ad‑hoc analysis
    • Monitor, visualize, build dashboards to proactively identify business problems, assess operational health, and highlights to leadership/ stakeholders
    • Develop deep knowledge of multiple datasets and able to drill down and wide.
    • Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and enhance customer experience.
    • Creating reports & providing insights regularly to senior leadership
    • Analyze data in excel and prepare presentations in PowerPoint as needed.
    • Run SQL/PySpark/Python queries on various databases as per requirement
    • Work with cross functional teams to understand their needs and run query/build dashboards to support their analyses.
    Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive product/process improvements.
    Who you are and what you bring:
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Statistics or Mathematics
    • 2-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst with focus on Operations/ Customer Service metrics.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft office, especially Advanced Excel, Pivots and PowerPoint
    • Strong proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, PySpark, Incorta/Tableau/Power BI, and Advanced Excel.
    • Ability to quickly understand & work with multiple data sources independently
    • Proven ability to work independently and accurately, strong problem-solving skills
    • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and process driven approach along with superior oral and written communication skills
