Description
Flytrex is revolutionizing on-demand delivery by making drone delivery a reality, and we’re looking for a Technical Product Manager who will drive product development for our marketplace platform, ensuring a seamless end-to-end user experience. In this role, you will own technical product components, manage system-level requirements, improve app performance and workflows, and serve as a key liaison between Product, Engineering, Operations, and external stakeholders.

As our Technical Product Manager, you will take ownership of defining product specifications, translating business needs into clear technical requirements, managing data workflows, and ensuring our marketplace systems, including content pipelines, inventory logic, menu structures, and integrations, operate smoothly and accurately. You will combine user empathy with technical understanding to deliver scalable, reliable solutions that improve both the customer experience and internal operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Define, document, and manage technical product requirements for our marketplace platform, ensuring clear communication between Product and Engineering teams.
- Oversee data workflows across the platform, including content ingestion, inventory management logic, and system integrations with menus, pricing, and catalog structures.
- Collaborate with Engineering to refine system architecture considerations, improve backend processes, and ensure data accuracy and platform stability.
- Analyze product performance, identify gaps, and recommend technical improvements backed by data.
- Partner with Biz-Dev and Operations to determine onboarding priorities (restaurants, items, catalogs), and translate these into structured product requirements or internal tooling enhancements.
- Ensure menu-related data (categories, items, images, metadata) adheres to platform logic, hierarchical structures, and quality standards.
- Work closely with designers and developers to refine UX flows, improve visual and functional consistency, and optimize end-user experience.
- Break down product roadmap initiatives into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and engineering tasks.
- Support release planning, sprint prioritization, QA coordination, and post-release analysis.
- Maintain high standards of clarity and consistency in all product-related content and documentation.
Requirements
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand system architecture, data structures, APIs, and internal workflows (hands-on coding not required).
- Native or fluent English - a must.
- Experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar technical-facing role - an advantage.
- Experience working with back-office or operational platforms - an advantage.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar agile development tools - an advantage.
- Experience with image or content-editing tools (e.g., Photoshop) - a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong UX intuition and an eye for design.
