Hybrid: This position requires you to work on-site 3 times a week (Tue to Thu)
Job Description
- Support Product Programs Teams by assisting the organization with high quality and timely responses to inquiries for financial information
- Prepare business cases financials with reliable conclusions that management can use to implement more effective operational strategies
- Coordinate and improve program CAPEX forecast accuracy
- Act as a focal point for the South America region on the project under your responsibility
- Support with the analysis and review of the benefits or savings initiatives that the different teams are negotiating with their stakeholders to achieve economic benefits.
- Proactively identify and execute process improvements in business case analysis, optimize files and procedures
- Maintain outstanding relationships with business partners anticipating their needs (proactive vs. reactive)
- Lead by example displaying GM behaviors, commitment to personal development and dedication to building a positive Workplace of Choice culture
Requirements:
- Graduate in Business, Economy, Accounting, Engineering or related field.
- Solid understanding of the financial business area
- Language: English advanced or fluent, Spanish desirable
- Experience working in Business Finance areas, FP&A and/or Product development.
- Technical Competence: Advanced MS Excel
Preference Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge with emphasis on database management and analysis (i.e. Power Bi etc)
