What will you do?

As a Full Stack Developer engaged on a B2B basis, you will collaborate on a large‑scale digital platform, delivering end‑to‑end features across both backend and frontend. You will build high‑performance, resilient services, develop UI components used across multiple business lines, and contribute to new capabilities in areas such as AI/ML, research content tools, and internal collaboration systems. Your work will support global teams and influence the evolution of core digital products..

Your tasks:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using React, Java, and HTML.
  • Collaborate with product owners and engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver high‑quality solutions.
  • Use your domain knowledge in FX and banking to implement features aligned with business objectives.
  • Contribute to Agile development practices and DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines.
  • Apply analytical thinking and engineering principles to solve complex problems efficiently.
  • Provide support for related services, ensuring reliability throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both spoken and written.
  • Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions within the team.

Your skills:

  • Openness to learning multiple programming languages.
  • Strong proficiency in React, Java, and HTML, supported by a solid software engineering background.
  • Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
  • Knowledge of FX trading, sales, or other banking products (highly desirable).
  • Strong engineering mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • High level of self‑motivation and ownership of assigned components.
  • Fluency in English.
