Salary range: 5 200 - 7 970 PLN gross/m

What will you do?

Join our experienced Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing employee expenses and booking invoices from travel agency in line with accounting standards and internal procedures. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and gain practical experience in a well-structured and supportive accounting environment.

Your tasks

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of travel-related invoices
• Review and process employee travel expenses in line with Polish regulations
• Handle employee expense claims and supporting documentation
• Reconcile accounts related to T&E processes
• Prepare and post T&E-related accruals
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures

Your skills

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Analytical approach with high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
