What will you do?

As a Principal Solution Architect Consultant, you will advise stakeholders and translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and reliable software solutions. You will play a key role in designing and delivering a next generation greenfield digital bank in the UAE based on a cloud-native, domain-led, event-driven, API-first, and AI-native architecture. You will lead technical engagements, drive architectural decisions, and ensure successful implementation of strategic solutions while collaborating with senior business and technology stakeholders.

Your tasks

  • Design secure, scalable, and reliable software solutions aligned with business requirements
  • Define target architectures and technology roadmaps for strategic initiatives
  • Lead technical discussions with stakeholders and client representatives
  • Drive adoption of cloud-native, domain-driven, event-driven, and API-first architectural principles
  • Support architecture governance and ensure alignment with enterprise standards
  • Design integration patterns, microservices, and distributed systems architectures
  • Provide guidance on production readiness, resilience, security, monitoring, and observability
  • Collaborate with engineering teams throughout solution implementation
  • Support sales initiatives and contribute to proposals and offering materials
  • Capture and share architecture best practices across the solution architecture community

Your skills

  • Experience in designing and building software solutions using modern architectures and technologies
  • Experience working with public cloud platforms, preferably Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Expert knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery practices
  • Expert knowledge of Agile principles and methodologies
  • Expert knowledge of enterprise architecture, infrastructure, and integration patterns
  • Experience designing microservices architectures
  • Experience with Kubernetes, containerization, Kafka, infrastructure as code, service mesh, and API gateways
  • Knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, logging, monitoring, and other non-functional requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of networking, virtualization, identity management, security, business continuity, disaster recovery, data management, budgeting, and governance
  • Ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and reliable solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently with senior stakeholders
  • Experience supporting pre-sales activities and creating offering materials
  • Experience leading and managing architects, engineers, or cross-functional technology teams
