Get to Know the Team
Grab B2B is the B2B SaaS team within Grab that helps to simplify business transportation, corporate food & package deliveries and related services for companies across Southeast Asia. We engage with top companies and top brands and it's imperative that we drive successful key account management in our organisation. We are looking for a Key Account Manager in our Grab B2B team to manage and grow an expanding portfolio of top Indonesian corporate clients.
Get to Know the Role
You will manage a portfolio of corporate clients in Indonesia, driving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic relationship building with Small Medium Business (SMB) clients and top brands. Utilize Grab B2B product expertise and Salesforce CRM data to develop growth strategies, optimize client performance, and strengthen market position. You will report to the Manager, and you will work fully on-site.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients in Indonesia, focusing on upselling and cross-selling Grab's platform products to meet revenue goals and enhance client service.
- Lead the sales team in building and maintaining a pipeline, ensuring performance tracking against sales targets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with Small Medium Business (SMB) clients and top brands through strategic planning and an understanding of their needs.
- Develop a understanding of Grab B2B products to identify and maximize upselling opportunities.
- Analyze SMB client data and business pipelines using Salesforce CRM to develop growth strategies that strengthen Grab B2B's market position.
- Present data-driven sales plans aimed at improving client performance while pursuing new programs to drive business growth.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Min. Bachelor's Degree with 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, SMB Sales Lead, or Account Management within environments like SaaS, media, or enterprise businesses.
- Track record in exceeding sales targets with leadership and management skills, including motivating sales teams to improve performance.
- Adaptable to work in a VUCA environment.
- Clear articulation in written and verbal communication.
- Network abilities with clients and internal Grab stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), sales tools, and data-related applications.
- Williness to learn about Grab B2B platforms and products quickly, with eagerness to excel and build a career in a high-growth tech startup, demonstrating integrity and respect.
