Get to Know the Team

The Enablement team empowers Sales and Account Management teams with the knowledge, tools, training, content, and technology needed to succeed across GrabFood, GrabMart, and GrabFinance.Our ambition is to develop an outstanding commercial organisation that drives growth, strengthens merchant engagement, and fosters a collaborative OneGrab culture - while having fun along the way.

Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and meticulous Intern, Commercial Enablement to join our Enablement team in Singapore. You will help develop enablement strategies for Sales and Account Management teams across GrabFood, GrabMart, and GrabFinance. You will collaborate with commercial teams to create the tools, resources, content, and training needed to improve sales excellence, strengthen merchant engagement, and support account management.

This full-time internship will be fully on-site starting from January 2027 (6 Months).

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • You will apply product, process, and commercial knowledge across GrabFood, GrabMart, and GrabFinance to support sales readiness and daily commercial execution.
  • You will work with Sales, Account Management, Product, merchant-facing, and Support teams to identify capability gaps, gather requirements, and develop practical solutions.
  • You will maintain resources such as documentation, templates, best-practice guides, and training materials to support execution by Sales and Account Managers.
  • You will monitor programme effectiveness by tracking learning and performance metrics, analyse results, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • You will use AI tools, dashboards, and data-querying tools to refine recurring workflows, monitor sales performance, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • You will coordinate programme delivery by managing schedules, updating databases and trackers, following up on action items, and supporting cross-functional execution.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Undergraduate in all fields are welcomed.
  • Comfortable in a startup VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) environment.
  • Experienced in balancing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace applications (g-Docs, g-Sheets, g-Slides, and g-Drive).
  • Comfortable with analysing quantitative/qualitative data, and approach challenges logically.
  • Experience maintaining an organised and up-to-date data accuracy in all deliverables.
  • Be a collaborative team player within a cross-functional environment.
