Get to Know the Team
GrabRentals is a core pillar of Grab's Mobility business, with the primary goal of securing vehicular and productive driver-partner supply to ensure liquidity for Grab's ride-hailing and delivery marketplace. We house teams focused on scaling and optimising supply channels across diverse vehicle and partner segments to meet dynamic consumer demand.
Get to Know the Role
You will report to the Growth, Demand Planning and Marketing team to support the growth and marketing workstreams that drive Grab's Autonomous Vehicle expansion and adoption. In this hands-on internship, you will move between campaign and partnership execution, marketing asset production, passenger insights, operational readiness, and performance reporting. You will get broad exposure across the business and direct ownership of tasks that matter to a live public service.
This internship runs fully on-site from January 2027 (6 months).
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will support demand and growth workstreams by planning and build promotional campaigns, and referral or engagement programmes that grow rides and unique riders.
- You will support go-to-market and marketing execution by producing and coordinating passenger-facing assets and content across channels, and supporting partnership activations.
- You will translate customer feedback into clear insights to improve the passenger experience.
- You will support demand and passenger operations readiness, including events, reservations, on-ground assets, deployment coordination, and special activations.
- You will track main ridership and campaign metrics and help maintain regular performance reports.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Currently pursuing or have recently completed a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience driving events, growth and marketing campaigns
- Comfortable working with data in spreadsheets (can perform complex functions) to track performance and draw simple conclusions, and are willing to pick up SQL or basic analytics tools.
- Experience with marketing and content, with an eye for how messaging and assets land with an audience.
- Adapt between hands-on execution and analytical work.
- Experience engaging with AI tools and latest technologies to enhance productivity, improve workflows, and contribute new ideas.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a genuine interest in mobility and the autonomous vehicle space.
