Get to Know the Team

The Singapore Operations team oversees, shapes and grows the business in Grab Singapore. We develop business strategies to achieve our vision in providing everyday services that matter most to consumers in Singapore.

GrabMart Singapore builds and scales reliable grocery and essentials experiences for consumers and partners, by improving selection, speed, and affordability.

The GrabMart team collaborates with adjacent functions within the Singapore Operations team to achieve business growth for GrabMart.

Get to Know the Role

As the Intern, Analytics & Projects, GrabMart, you will support the team with planning, research & analysis, and project coordination. You will gather and synthesise information, contribute to recommendations, and support projects from planning through execution. You will take ownership of your work, ask thoughtful questions, collaborate with colleagues, and adjust your approach as priorities evolve.

This is a full-time internship that runs from January 2027 (6 months).

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will provide operational and project management support for GrabMart demand-generation campaigns, including with setup, documentation, and post-campaign follow-ups.
• You will perform analysis to facilitate data-driven decision-making, providing a fact base, and helping with issue identification and solutioning.
• You will conduct market research, including competitive landscape and potential growth opportunities.
• You will support planning and growth of high impact strategic programmes.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Undergraduate in Business/Science/Engineering or other relevant courses
• Comfortable in a startup VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) environment
• Write and improve SQL queries to transform data from diverse databases and sources
• Express ideas in writing and verbally, and can foster positive interactions with team members
