We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to support a senior partner at Grove venture capital. This role offers a unique opportunity to join the inner circle of professionals shaping the future of technology. It provides hands-on exposure to the world of startups, high-tech, and venture capital (VC) while working closely with founders and CEOs at critical growth stages. It requires exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, a high level of discretion, and the ability to manage both professional and occasional personal tasks seamlessly.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic setting, can anticipate needs, and ensure that the partner’s professional and logistical day-to-day runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbox Management: Filter and manage the partner’s emails, draft initial responses, and track action items.
- Calendar & Meeting Coordination: Manage a complex schedule; coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders in Israel and internationally.
- Event Support: Filter invitations, respond as needed, and prepare briefing materials to ensure the partner is well-prepared.
- Deal Flow Management: Update and monitor the CRM system.
- Reports: Prepare monthly credit and expense reports.
- Travel Planning: Organize end-to-end travel logistics including flights, hotels, transportation, and detailed travel binders.
- Social Media Support: Assist with managing LinkedIn presence, responding to messages, and working with the marketing team on posts.
- Content Review: Proofread and edit articles or other content drafted by the partner before publication.
- Office Hospitality: Welcome guests and ensure a professional and pleasant environment.
- Personal Assistance: Handle occasional personal tasks and errands (e.g., coordinating personal appointments, making small purchases, ordering food).
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
- Strong ability to work independently and prioritize in a high-pressure, fast-changing environment.
- Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple channels of communication.
- Full proficiency in Hebrew and English – written and spoken.
- Flexibility and availability for non-standard hours when needed (occasional evenings and Fridays).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and discretion.
Work Conditions:
- Full-time position – Sunday-Thursday
- On-site role – Work from the firm's offices in Azrieli Sarona, Tel Aviv (not hybrid).
