Let's cut to the chase. What's the job?
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Analytics Lead to head the UA & Growth Analytics domain at Guardio.
This is a key leadership role at the core of our growth engine. You will own the analytical strategy behind user acquisition, performance marketing, and growth optimization, while guiding and developing a strong team of analysts.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership, Growth, UA, R&D and other stakeholders to shape decision-making at the highest level. Your mission: turn complex data into strategic direction, ensure measurement excellence across all growth initiatives, and drive measurable revenue growth.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage competing priorities, and knows how to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
You will:
- Lead and mentor analysts supporting UA & Growth initiatives.
- Own the analytical strategy and KPI framework across user acquisition and growth.
- Partner with Growth and UA leaders to drive performance optimization across channels, with deep focus on Revenue, conversion, ARPU, ROAS, and Win backs.
- Lead and oversee A/B test measurement and experimentation analysis to ensure accurate impact evaluation.
- Conduct deep analyses and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations that shape strategic focus and business priorities.
- Present data-driven insights and performance narratives to senior leadership.
- Ensure measurement accuracy, data integrity, and scalable reporting frameworks.
- Collaborate with BI and R&D teams to improve infrastructure and analytical capabilities.
- Leverage advanced analytics and AI tools to enhance insight generation and efficiency (big advantage).

You might be a strong match if you check most of these boxes:
- 7+ years of experience in analytics, with strong expertise in Growth / UA / Marketing Analytics and proven experience leading and mentoring analysts.
- Proven track record of driving measurable business impact and revenue growth in fast-paced, high-growth environments (B2C / subscription business is a strong plus).
- Strong experience measuring and analyzing A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
- Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar).
- Experience with AI-driven analytics or advanced modeling
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect analytics directly to revenue impact.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, high-intensity environment.
