So, what's the job?

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant who enjoys bringing order to busy schedules, managing multiple tasks, and helping things run efficiently behind the scenes.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage complex and dynamic calendars for C-level executives, ensuring strategic prioritization and effective time management
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, board meetings, investor calls, and company offsites
  • Act as a key liaison between executives and internal teams, leadership, investors, and external stakeholders
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
  • Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including logistics and detailed itineraries
  • Monitor and respond to emails and correspondence on behalf of executives when needed
  • Anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and ensure executives are well-prepared for all engagements
  • Support ongoing operational and administrative initiatives across the leadership team
  • Work full-time from the office and maintain high availability during business hours

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of experience supporting senior executives (C-level - advantage)
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Hebrew (verbal and written)
  • Strong familiarity with Google Workspace and modern productivity tools
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and professional, with strong judgment
  • Proactive, service-oriented, and comfortable working closely with senior leadership
