The Role

The Senior Stylist is a key member of Castore’s in-house Studio team, responsible for delivering all marketing and e-commerce content across Castore and its partner brands.

The role requires a highly motivated individual with a drive for continual improvement, for whom styling is a core specialism and professional obsession.

The Senior Stylist demonstrates a deep understanding of fashion, combining current and emerging trends with excellent knowledge of historical and heritage styles, and is committed to ongoing learning, skill development, and sharing expertise with others.

The role works across broad and varied creative briefs spanning Castore’s core product as well as automotive, Formula 1, Football, Tennis, Cricket, Golf and Rugby accounts, producing content for leading teams and partners across both UK and international markets.

Responsibilities

Creative Styling:

•Contribute towards long and short-term creative styling concepts and development for Team Sports and mainline brands.

•Style teamsports and mainline creative campaigns across a multitude of tiers.

•Review & research styling trends, maintaining and feeding into Castore's creative styling direction.

•Work alongside production in planning of creative photography shoots.

e-Commerce Styling:

•Contribute towards e-commerce planning, delegating workloads to direct reports, ensuring high product standards for online platforms, and ensuring consistency in, composition, and styling to align with brand guidelines.

•Collaborate with Photographers, retouchers, and product teams to deliver e-commerce photography.

•Contribute to the development of e-com styling for all facias within Castore.

•Analyse weak points, roadblocks, theories, resolution, and present findings to key stakeholders.

•Ensure e-commerce daily / weekly targets are being achieved as planned.

•Ensure e-commerce daily / weekly admin is being completed and accurate communication is being made to maintain output visibility.

•Review weekly e-com outputs to maintain high standards and provide feedback where necessary ( QC ).

•Build and educate junior/midweight direct reports and wider team to motivate and progress one another.
