The Vice President, Enabling Platforms directs the platforms, processes, and production resources that aid sales enablement and client delivery for Wealth Marketing. This position oversees Seismic, Loopio, and related workflow tools. It guarantees that presentations, sales collateral, and RFP replies are accurate, scalable, easy to find, and appropriate.

The role balances strategy and execution: setting platform direction and governance while also coordinating high-quality production and fulfillment. The VP will partner closely across Wealth Marketing as well as with Corporate Marketing, Sales, Client Servicing, IT, and Data.

What you will do:

  • Be responsible for the vision, roadmap, and day‑to‑day application of Seismic, Loopio, and related enablement platforms supporting the Global Private Wealth business.
  • Define how enablement platforms are used across sales materials, presentations, RFPs, and client responses, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and ease of access.
  • Partner with IT, Client Servicing, and Corporate Marketing to influence firm‑level platform decisions, integrations, and upstream data processes.
  • Drive standardization and automation of sales materials, including templates, modular content, and presentation assembly capabilities.
  • Oversee production and maintenance of standard sales presentations and core collateral.
  • Establish and maintain scalable RFP and DDQ processes, including libraries, governance, and coordination with product subject‑matter experts.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve platform performance, adoption, and efficiency, including selective use of vendors or automation where appropriate.
  • Own intake, prioritization, and workflow processes for sales enablement requests, with transparency into demand, capacity, and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate across Wealth Marketing to align workflows, calendars, and delivery expectations.
  • Lead and develop a team responsible for standard presentation and RFP library operations, setting clear standards for quality, responsiveness, and execution rigor.

What you bring:

  • Deep experience with sales enablement platforms (Seismic strongly preferred), RFP systems (Loopio or similar), and project management tools (Smartsheet, monday.com or similar)
  • Proven track record of crafting scalable processes while still delivering high‑quality execution
  • Strong collaboration skills across marketing, sales, technology, and operations teams
  • Experience working within large, matrixed organizations and shared platform environments
  • Clear communicator with the ability to translate complex workflows into simple, usable processes

Education Preferred

  • Bachelor of Science (B.S) or equivalent experience

Experience

  • 10+ Years Experience in marketing operations, sales enablement, or related marketing roles
