Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)

  • Coordinate daily production activities and maintain project schedules to support efficient studio operations.
  • Manage studio scheduling in partnership with producers and the broader production team, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to help ensure deadlines are met and projects remain on track.
  • Communicate production updates, scheduling changes, and logistics with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
  • Prepare and distribute production call sheets and other essential production documentation.
  • Identify potential production delays, resource constraints, or scheduling conflicts and escalate issues as needed.
  • Assist with inventory management and the procurement of props, materials, and production supplies.
  • Support the production management team with administrative tasks, expense tracking, and adherence to company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)

  • 1+ years of experience in production coordination, studio operations, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of production workflows with a practical understanding of on-set operations, scheduling, and logistics.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency with Airtable, Microsoft Office Suite, and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and build effective working relationships.
  • Ability to lift and move production equipment as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Operations, Production Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work in our New York City office 4 days per week as part of a hybrid work schedule.

This is a position covered under the Writers Guild of America, East, Collective Bargaining Agreement.

The base salary range for this role is $62,400-$73,000. This position is not eligible for bonus or commission compensation. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
