As an Implementation Manager, you will lead multiple concurrent customer implementations end-to-end, acting as a trusted advisor who aligns customer objectives with Bob’s platform capabilities. You will drive customer value, ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget, and partner closely with internal stakeholders to support long-term customer adoption and success.

  • 5+ years professional experience, with 2+ years managing customer-facing/HR projects and/or implementations

  • Experience implementing HR SaaS or complex SaaS solutions for mid-market customers

  • Strong understanding of SaaS delivery models and customer lifecycle management

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail

  • Solid commercial acumen, with experience delivering projects within budgeted hours

  • Confident running discovery sessions and translating business needs into technical solutions

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Comfortable engaging with technical teams on roadmap, dependencies, and delivery constraints

  • Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills

  • Tech-savvy, curious, and motivated to continuously deepen Bob product knowledge

  • Knowledge of HR - highly regarded

  • Independently manage multiple concurrent implementation projects for customers across SMB, Mid-Market to Sub-Enterprise segments

  • Own the customer relationship from point of sale through go-live, acting as the primary trusted advisor throughout the implementation journey

  • Lead discovery across various Bob modules, capturing customer requirements, implementation objectives, and providing best-practice guidance on how to configure the platform to align with customer needs and ensure a smooth, successful deployment of the Bob platform

  • Maintain detailed project plans and proactively communicate progress, dependencies, risks, and milestones to customers and internal stakeholders, escalating where appropriate

  • Ensure implementations remain on track for launch timelines, are delivered within budgeted hours, and meet a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction

  • Analyse operational and delivery data to identify opportunities to drive efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement across internal workstreams

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Solution Architects, and Account Management teams, partnering closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure a smooth post-go-live transition

  • Track, own, and contribute to key delivery and commercial metrics, including TTG, KTTG, CSAT, utilisation, and forecast accuracy

  • Share best practices and contribute to team knowledge, supporting process improvement initiatives and helping drive scalable and efficient ways of working within Professional Services
