What this role is really about
The Value Initiatives Enablement Manager is responsible for activating HiBob’s strategic GTM value initiatives and ensuring they translate into structured, scalable commercial execution across regions and segments.
This role bridges GTM strategy and field execution by leading the operational rollout of major initiatives tied to HiBob Value narrative (Not product releases) The focus is on ensuring initiatives move beyond launch into measurable adoption through structured programming, reinforcement and workflow integration.
In addition, the role ensures AI agents across GTM and CS reflect the correct value propositions, with content hygiene maintained and aligned to the latest playbooks and positioning guides. The role also supports proof-stage enablement by operationalising business case and ROI frameworks to strengthen late-stage commercial clarity and consistency.

Demonstrable experience in GTM enablement, commercial programme management or related roles
Strong programme management and cross-functional coordination capability
Excellent public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently
Strong facilitator, able to gather, align and leverage subject matter experts to deliver structured, commercially relevant sessions
Experience working with product, marketing and commercial teams to activate strategic initiatives
Familiarity with AI tools and prompt-based workflows (no coding required)
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Clear communicator with the ability to translate strategy into structured execution

Value initiative management
Lead end-to-end activation of strategic GTM value initiatives across segments and regions
Translate business priorities into structured activation plans with defined audiences, milestones and outcomes
Own initiative calendar planning, agenda design, SME and panel recruitment
Design reinforcement plans to drive sustained adoption beyond launch
Ensure initiatives are embedded into day-to-day commercial workflows
AI workflow & GPT enablement
Ensure AI agents across GTM and CS reflect the correct value propositions and approved messaging
Maintain content hygiene across AI workflows, aligned to the latest playbooks and positioning updates
Partner with AI engineering teams and Revenue enablement team to embed initiative messaging into governed GPT workflows
Monitor adoption, usage patterns and output consistency to ensure AI-enabled tools support effective commercial execution
Proof-stage enablement support
Operationalise business case, ROI and commercial validation frameworks across sales
Drive structured rollout of proof-stage tools and assets in partnership with GTM Strategy
Reinforce consistent application of value narratives in late-stage commercial conversations
Support integration of proof-stage frameworks into AI-enabled workflows where appropriate
Success indicators
Strategic GTM initiatives achieve measurable adoption across regions

Reduced reliance on static playbooks through workflow-embedded enablement
Improved consistency of business case and ROI application in late-stage sales
Positive feedback from GTM leaders on clarity, activation quality and execution impact
What you will NOT be responsible for
Defining core product messaging, positioning or value narratives (owned by GTM Strategy and PMM)
Owning sales methodology, CRM process design or inspection cadence (owned by Revenue Enablement)
Delivering methodology training such as MEDDPICC or PANTS
Building or maintaining AI infrastructure or engineering workflows
Running full onboarding programmes or certifications
Managing CS or marketing strategy
This role activates and embeds value initiatives into commercial execution. It works alongside Revenue Enablement to ensure alignment with established sales methodology, without owning or changing the methodology itself.
