Your Impact

As the Sales Engineering Manager for the Nordics and Benelux, based out of our Amsterdam office, you will play a key leadership role in building and scaling our presence across the regions. You will lead a team of Sales Engineers supporting a growing market, ensuring they are equipped to deliver compelling, value-driven solutions to prospective customers.

You will partner closely with regional sales leadership to drive growth, develop talent, and establish HiBob as a trusted partner for mid-market organizations across the Nordics.

  • Proven experience leading and developing Sales Engineering or pre-sales teams in a SaaS environment

  • Strong track record of hiring, coaching, and scaling high-performing teams

  • Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market sales cycles, ideally across Northern Europe or similar markets

  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience partnering cross-functionally and with senior stakeholders

  • A people-first leadership approach, with a focus on development, engagement, and performance

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value

    Recruit and onboard top Sales Engineering talent, with a focus on regional expertise and cultural alignment.

  • Enable High-Quality Execution
    Ensure your team delivers impactful product demonstrations, technical discovery, and solution positioning that clearly articulate HiBob’s value.

  • Support Strategic Deals
    Act as an escalation point for complex opportunities, providing hands-on support in key deals and helping move them forward effectively.

  • Develop Enablement Programs
    Partner with internal stakeholders to design and deliver enablement initiatives that strengthen product knowledge, technical skills, and sales effectiveness.

  • Champion a Strong Team Culture
