Description

The job holder’s duties and responsibilities include any of the following:

· Achieve Japan annual procedure target.

· Manage the Clinical Account team.

· Continuously elevate the Japan Clinical Account team capability and capacity, and effectively manage the Clinical Account team members to achieve their personal and country goals.

· Represent and act the face of InSightec for the entire IB account, create relationship with all IB staffs to coordinate procedure growth efforts and effectively conduct associated tasks.

· Plan and implement patient referral schemes and the eco-system connecting patients to the IB account, directly and/or through nearby clinics/hospitals.

· Effectively work with InSightec internal functions to effectively plan and execute.

· Provide plans with data/information to the Japan Commercial Director to further elevate the Clinical Account team outcome and team effectiveness.

Main Objectives and Activities:

· Continuously generate patient referrals.

· Maintain ongoing communication and relations with current IB key stakeholders, meet their needs / requests.

· Create and strengthen relationships and understanding of Neurologists, spread awareness of the disease and FUS treatment, connecting with Neurosurgeons.

· Collaborate with the Capital Sales Manager and Commercial Director to implement patient referral programs for new IB accounts, to enable FUS procedure volume upon FUS launch.

· Partner with the Strategy & Marketing team on market awareness and advocacy activities.

· Communicate with the Service team to manage Service Contracts and product inquiries.

· Communicate with the Application team to manage clinical inquiries.

· Promote INSIGHTEC brand and value offerings to generate clinical, economical, and operational benefits of FUS treatment.

Requirements

· Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the medical devices industry.

· Extensive knowledge and contacts in Neurosurgery and Neurology.

· Experience in team management.

· Be able to speak with authority at all levels from C-Level to physicians, administrators & supply chain.

· Required languages: Japanese (Native)

· Willing and capable to travel within Japan and internationally (should there be a need).

· Computer literate and highly skilled in the use of word, excel and power-point, experience in data analysis, preparation of presentations.

· Team player, collaborator, communicator.
