Senior Sales Consultant - Customer Success (APAC)

The opportunity
What you’ll be doing
- Partner with APAC-based sales representatives (Industry and Games) to identify opportunities where Customer Success (CS) products can enhance customer outcomes and drive adoption.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and senior consultants to tailor Customer Success packages when standard offerings don’t fully address customer needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of all pillars within Customer Success (Support, Consulting, Training, and Enterprise Solutions) and advise sales teams on the right combination of services to meet customer goals.
- Work closely with the Global Enablement team to ensure regional sales and technical teams are trained and equipped with relevant CS sales materials, decks, and best practices.
- Track, maintain, and report on the Customer Success product pipeline across APAC, supporting sales teams in monitoring deal progress and identifying growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with peers in EMEA and the Americas to share insights, ensure global consistency in messaging, and provide backfill support for cross-regional opportunities when needed.
- Stay current on market trends, digital transformation initiatives, and industry developments in APAC to inform customer conversations and strategic positioning.
- Gather and communicate feedback from regional sales teams and customers to internal stakeholders to continuously refine and evolve Customer Success offerings.
What we’re looking for
- Solid understanding of SaaS, real-time 3D (RT3D), or digital transformation technologies within enterprise, creative, or industrial sectors.
- Proven experience in a customer success, pre-sales, or sales enablement role, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across sales, technical, and leadership stakeholders.
- Experience working across multiple countries and cultures in the APAC region.
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset, with experience tracking and reporting on sales pipeline and revenue metrics.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Native level of communication in Japanese and high proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time within the APAC region, with occasional collaboration across global teams.
You might also have
- Background in professional services, enterprise training, or consulting organizations.
- Experience supporting enterprise clients or large-scale government/education programs in APAC.
- Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau).
- Understanding of customer success methodologies and lifecycle management.
This range reflects the anticipated base salary for this position. Beyond base salary, this role may be eligible for equity awards and participation in our company incentive plans (such as annual discretionary bonuses or sales commissions). The final offer amount will depend on several factors, including geographic location and the candidate’s relevant experience, professional background, and skill set.
