• Develop and execute HR strategies that support the organization's goals and values.
• Oversee hire to retire processes.
• Identify trends, risks, bottle necks and opportunities, and proactively propose solutions.
• Lead initiatives in employee engagement, retention, efficiency initiatives and organizational culture.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Drive HR programs such as employees and managers development, succession planning, performance appraisals and other initiatives.
• Act as a key advisor to the managers on HR related matters.

• 10+ years in HR management roles in global organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field; Master’s degree – an advantage.
• HR expertise in talent acquisition, C&B, training and development, employment laws.
• Startup/scale-up experience in rapid growth environments.
• Proven ability to coach and support managers in navigating complex organizational and people-related challenges.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Highly energetic, driven, and motivated.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands on and proactive approach.
• Fluent English.
